Finance Department

Finance Department Primary Responsibilities:
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable for all non-utility
divisions
- Certification of funds availability for all non-utility purchase
orders and all City contracts
- Payroll processing for all City employees
- Financial statement preparation
- Investment records
- Debt Service records
- Special Assessment records
- Property/Casualty Insurance and Employee Healthcare Insurance
programs
- Monitor loans for Revolving Loan program and HOME program
