PROGRAMMER- Fall Programs
$8.10 per hour
The Bowling Green Parks and Recreation
Department is seeking an individual to join the fall programming staff
and work with boys and girls ages 3 ½ through 14. The
position will require flexible availability both mornings and
afternoons with mainly weekend and some evening assignments. The
hours for this temporary position will average 6-8 per week.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, organizing and
teaching/coaching multiple sport and recreational activities; and
scorekeeping and officiating. Background in basketball and volleyball
helpful; and a genuine interest in working with youth needed.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age with training or practical
experience in working with youth, and must have the ability to relate
to and motivate young children.
Employment will be through a temporary
agency. Individuals hired will not be City employees.

attendant(s) to assist patrons of the BG Training & Community
Center. Previous customer service experience in a community
center setting preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and
obtain CPR/First Aid certification within three months. Must be able to
work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
