Special Event Ordinance

Special Event – Chapter 111 has become effective as of August 18, 2011.   Outlined on the PDF is the Ordinance requirements and a corresponding application form.  Completion and submission of the form is required to the Municipal Administrator not less than 21 days and not more than 120 days before the date of the proposed special event and shall be accompanied by a permit fee of $25 per event day not to exceed $100 in any one week.
