Rotary Nature Center at Wintergarden/St.John's Nature Preserve
Thank you for considering our Department of Parks and Recreation
facilities. We can serve as a beautiful backdrop for your event.
However, because we are a public park and recreation agency, there are
some restrictions you should be aware of. Foremost is the fact that our
parks must be carefully cared for and available to all citizens during
our operating hours. We thank you for your patronage and look
forward to assisting you in scheduling your upcoming activity.

facilities and shelters! Pick a date, fill out the rental contract
above and mail in your payment to 1245. W. Newton, Bowling Green OH
43402 or fax the rental contract to 419-353-6535. Rentals can be paid
in check, cash or credit card.
HOW TO RENT A FACILITY
- Click here to view availability for a facility or shelter online!
- We can hold a specific rental date, time and facility for seven days without a payment. After the seven days has expired, if there is no payment the facility will be released from the tentative hold. Call 419-354-6223 to put a tentative hold on a facility.
- A rental contract must be completed and returned to the Community
Center while the facility is on hold for seven days
( Click here to download the rental contract) - Simpson Building rentals must be made 30 days prior to the event date. All other facility rentals must be made 16 days before your rental date.
