In addition to the City application, a candidate may be required to submit a detailed statement outlining his/her experience relating to certain criteria.  This is usually required of all management level postions.  if required for a specific job opening, the phrase "submission information" will be listed by the specific job title.

Anyone (student, employer, or school personnel), may print a copy of the form to begin the process of obtaining a work permit. The forms are in PDF format.
