The City of Bowling Green is an equal opportunity employer. At this time, the City is seeking qualified candidates who are interested in applying for the available positions listed below. Each open job posting will include a job description. The City only accepts applications when a specific vacancy is to be filled or when a Civil Serice examination has been scheduled. Application materials must be submitted in accordance with the method established in the specific job or Civil Service examination advertisement.
In order to be considered for a position, you must complete the appropriate application, which are available below the job postings. The application must be completed and returned to the Personnel Department by the deadline established in the advertisement. Resumes alone are not acceptable; however, a resume may be returned with a completed application. You may also obtain an application packet by visiting the Personnel Department during regular business hours which are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is acceptable to return a completed application via email to bgpersonnel@bgohio.org , by fax to (419) 352-1262, by mail, or by hand delivery.
