Ordinance authorizing the Utilities Director to execute a Combustion Turbine Power Schedule with American Municipal Power-Ohio, Inc. (AMP-Ohio) in order to purchase capacity and associated energy output from AMP-Ohio combustion turbine generating units, and declaring an emergency.
