A.         First Reading

Resolution declaring support for the WSOS Indian Ridge Homeownership Project.

Ordinance amending and adopting Section 94.28(A) & (B) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bowling Green, Ohio, regarding noxious weeds; notice to remove; failure to comply, and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance authorizing the Utilities Director to execute Change Order Number 2 with Mosser Construction Company for removal and replacement of off gas piping and other modifications to the 2005 Wastewater Treatment Plant improvements, and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance authorizing the Utilities Director to execute an agreement with Wood County Board of Commissioners an/or the Wood County Engineer for the Belleville Ditch Enclosure from Conneaut Avenut to Bourgogne Avenue, and to advertise for bids and enter into a contract or contracts for said project, and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance authorizing the Utilities Director to advertise for bids and enter into a contract or contracts for the supplying of annual inventory requirements, petroleum products, and the sale of scrap materials for calendar year 2007 for the Municipal Utilities Department.
